Camps
We empower your camp leadership and staff with impactful, tailored abuse and harassment prevention trainings and workshops, delivered in person or virtually.
Our Approach
We partner with each camp to ensure that every training and policy both measures up to current best practices and adheres to your camps ethos and needs. There is no one check the box approach when it comes to keep campers and staff safe at camp.
Rahel Bayar is and always has been a “camp person” Raised as a staff kid, and evolving from camper to counselor, senior staff, camp mom and now a sleepaway camp parent, Rahel “gets camp.” Fun fact - she and her husband met as staff members when they were cast as Tony and Maria in their camp’s production of West Side Story.
Rahel leverages her knowledge of camp life with meaningful staff training in an engaging, approachable manner with the goal of making abuse prevention a leadership growth opportunity.
