Our Goal

Every child facing organization has a responsibility to ensure that they are measuring up to best practices when it comes to both preventing abuse and harassment and keeping people safe.

We partner and consult with K-12 schools across North America to implement effective, tailored policies and training for faculty/staff, students and parents on the topics of abuse prevention, boundaries, safe internet practices, consent and more.  

Camps + Youth Organizations

We work with youth organizations and camps to implement effective, tailored policies and training for staff. TBG also serves as a consultant for numerous camp directors and is able to tailor all training and policies.

Faith-Based Organizations

We work together with organizations of multiple faiths and denominations across North America to implement effective, tailored policies, training and consulting for staff and clergy on the topics of abuse and harassment prevention.

We collaborate with corporate workplaces across North America to implement effective, tailored policies, training and consulting for on creating safe spaces free of sexual harassment.

Meet Rahel

Rahel Bayar is a sought after keynote speaker, trainer, workshop facilitator and consultant. Rahel is trusted by companies, K-12 schools, camps and organizations across the country to deliver inspiring abuse and harassment prevention training, and inspire those she meets to work collaboratively to create safe spaces. She uses her expertise as a former sex crimes and child abuse prosecutor, and a former managing director of the sexual misconduct consulting and investigations division of a global investigative company to effectively help each organization work to create a safe space for all.
